Tiffany Bergin | Patient Care Coordinator, Lifestyle Coach
Tiffany serves as your patient care coordinator and coach and has a great passion for nutrition and wellness. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Behavioral Education. Tiffany grew up in Hawaii studying many avenues for healing and wellness and is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and yoga therapist and is certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage of Reiki. Her role is to provide coaching with respect to your program and lifestyle changes. Tiffany carefully listens to your story and helps you identify what you really want, what’s preventing you from getting it, and how to break through any barriers holding you back. Tiffany enjoys spending time getting to know the local community and discovering the wonders of the Minnesota seasons with her husband, two young boys and their horses.
Amanda Enderle | Marketing Coordinator, Nutrition Coach
Amanda is committed to nutritional education. Amanda grew up in Excelsior and her roots and love for this community run deep. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota, a Social Media Marketing certificate from the University of St. Thomas, and a Holistic Nutrition certificate from Normandale. As part of the MCFM team, Amanda manages client care, nutritional consultations and our social media presence. By incorporating healthy eating habits and better meal planning, Amanda helps you maximize your results. Amanda is a yoga enthusiast and her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband and two young kids.
