Insurance Policy:
We are not a provider for any insurance. We do not bill insurance. We do accept HSA charge cards.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
In order to offer care to all of those in need, patients are asked to provide 24 hours notice if they are unable to keep their appointment so that we may offer it to other patients. Full payment is due for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or appointment no-show.
Payment Policy:
We accept cash, checks and credit cards as forms of payments. A $35.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. We do not provide refunds for any supplements or lab kits.
